Relocation Management
Cyprus Move Management provides dedicated and professional Relocation Managers.
The role is to work with our clients to source the services they need to relocate to Cyprus. Our team work with our trusted partner network to get you the best price for all of the services you require.
We are your single point of contact for all of the move activities in Cyprus and the removal and shipping of your belongings from the originating country. Our services include assisting you to find your new accommodation as well as a school for your children. We can assist you to set up a new business in Cyprus and also provide the advice and guidance you need in general matters such as dealing with the utility providers.
Removals and Shipping
Organising a move is far from straightforward. Relocating to a different country is complicated and daunting for most people.
Probably the largest challenge is to ensure that your removals are handled professionally and then ensuring that the shipping is done effectively and on time.
We partner with the best firms in Cyprus who have a proven track record of successful relocation’s from multiple originating countries. Our role is to get you the best deal (we always seek at least two quotations) from these firms and to be the point of contact for removals and shipping activities.
Residency Applications
Cyprus has a complicated system of residency.
Brexit has made this even more complicated, with non-EU residents having to meet multiple criteria in order to become a resident.
Even if you are a resident of the European Union there are still complexities to manage in order to be officially resident in Cyprus.
This whole process requires legal and professional assistance from a qualified lawyer. We partner with multiple legal firms to ensure that you get a good deal with these must needed professional services. Dealing with the immigration department is tricky and we would not advise this without experience and being able to read and speak Greek.
Sourcing Accommodation
The property market in Cyprus is very different, there are lots of regulations to consider when buying or renting a property.
Our advice would always be to source a long-term let in your chosen area for the first 12 months. The reason for this is that you need to become established, understand how life in Cyprus works and basically confirm you wish to stay.
Renting a property can be problematic, we support our clients in dealing with local agents and developers. Purchasing a property is also more complicated than other countries, however it can be done with some solid advice and knowledge of the local market. Our support will enable you to get settled faster and with less issues to resolve.
