With hardly any local knowledge, everything became a challenge. We were often given contradictory advice which resulted in completing forms which were wrong or never even required. We would then spend days waiting for our replies, often not receiving any at all. This of course resulted in wasted valuable time and money. The whole experience became a nightmare.

Finding suitable accommodation was our next challenge. Again, many of our precious days were wasted being taken to unsuitable properties or to areas we simply didn’t want to live in. Relocation Management

Their role is to work with our clients to source the services they need to relocate to Cyprus. Our team collaborates with our reliable partner network to secure the most competitive prices for all the services you require.
We are your single point of contact for all of the move activities in Cyprus and the removal and shipping of your belongings from the originating country. Our services include assisting you to find your new accommodation as well as a school for your children. We can assist you to set up a new business in Cyprus and also provide the advice and guidance you need in general matters such as dealing with the utility providers. Removals and Shipping
Organising a move is far from straightforward. Relocating to a different country is complicated and daunting for most people.
Probably the largest challenge is to ensure that your removals are handled professionally and then ensuring that the shipping is done effectively and on time.
We partner with the best firms in Cyprus who have a proven track record of successful relocation’s from multiple originating countries. Our role is to get you the best deal (we always seek at least two quotations) from these firms and to be the point of contact for removals and shipping activities.
Residency Applications
Cyprus has a complicated system of residency.
Brexit has made this even more complicated, with non-EU residents having to meet multiple criteria in order to become a resident.
Even if you are a resident of the European Union there are still complexities to manage in order to be officially resident in Cyprus.
This entire process demands legal and professional support from a qualified lawyer. We collaborate with several reputable law firms to ensure you receive quality legal services at a fair price. Navigating the immigration department can be complex, and we strongly advise against attempting it without prior experience or fluency in reading and speaking Greek. Sourcing Accommodation
The property market in Cyprus is very different, there are lots of regulations to consider when buying or renting a property.
We strongly recommend securing a long-term rental in your preferred area for the first 12 months. This allows you time to settle in, gain a clear understanding of everyday life in Cyprus, and ensure that it’s truly where you want to build your future.
Renting a property in Cyprus will come with challenges, which is why we assist our clients in working with local agents and developers. Buying property here is also more complex compared to other countries, but with the right guidance and local market insight, it’s entirely achievable. Do you help us find a new home?

Can you assist with other accommodation requirements?
Yes we can.
We provide legal assistance (via our legal professional partners) to our customers for property purchases including conveyancing. Other services include:
- Sorting out and legally reviewing rental agreements
- Handling land registry queries and registrations
- Registration with utility providers e.g. water and electricity
- Registration with the local authorities
- Property management services including cleaners, gardeners and pool maintenance
Are you able to arrange permanent and temporary residency?
Yes, we do this via our trusted partnerships with local legal service providers. They are experts in providing the advice and guidance you need to determine:
- Which residency classification is applicable
- How best to achieve residency based upon your current status
If required, they will also arrange work permits (if applicable) to permit you to obtain employment in Cyprus.
Your Relocation Manager will arrange a free 30 minute call with a fully trained solicitor to discuss how best to approach your residency here in Cyprus.
Do you arrange the removals and shipping of my belongings to Cyprus?
Yes we do.
We work with the main removals and shipping companies in Cyprus. We facilitate a proposal for the full end-to-end service that you will need to bring over your belongings to the island.
Your Relocation Manager will act as your single point of contact throughout the process, including any ongoing customs related requirements.
Are you able to help me set up a business here in Cyprus?
Yes we can with the support of our legal partners.
Setting up a business here in Cyprus does have significant financial benefits but it is not as straightforward as it is in other countries.
You will need professional legal support and this will be arranged via your Relocation Manager.
Can you get me the right advice regarding taxation?
Of course, your Relocation Manager will put you in touch with our Tax Adviser partners to ensure you get the right advice aligned to your particular status.
Will you assist with the importation of vehicles?
Yes, we will do this with the support of our shipping experts.
Your Relocation Manager will offer clear guidance on the process, including the advantages and disadvantages of importing a vehicle into Cyprus.
We and our shipping partners can support your interaction with the Cyprus customs authorities.
Are you able to arrange for my pets to travel to Cyprus?
Yes we can. This will be coordinated by your Relocation Manager as part of your comprehensive removals and shipping plan.
Can you arrange storage for my belongings?
Yes, there are a number of storage providers on the island. Your Relocation Manager will obtain quotations for your storage requirements.
Do you assist with finding the right school for my children?
Yes, we can arrange various consultations with local and independent schools in the area where you plan to reside.
Your Relocation Manager will advise you on what’s available in your vicinity and can arrange meetings with the school.
Will you help me with my application for Cyprus healthcare (GESY)?
Yes, we can assist with this. It’s a complex process that requires the support of your Relocation Manager and, in some cases, additional legal services.
Can you advise on the best options for insurance?
Yes we can support this. Getting the right policies in place in Cyprus is not as simple as it is in most European countries.
There are some unique requirements here in Cyprus and your Relocation Manager can support your home, contents and car insurance needs.
Do you advise and support my ability to drive on the island?
Yes we can. You may need to change to a Cypriot Driving License. Your Relocation Manager can help you through the process.
Can you provide guidance on car rental and purchase?
Yes, we can assist with this. We work with a range of trusted car rental partners across various locations on the island.
Your Relocation Manager will provide the advice and support you need, and can also arrange long-term car hire on your behalf.
Will you help us set up bank accounts here in Cyprus?
Yes we can. Your Relocation Manager will provide you with advice and guidance on the process.
We can also assist with setting up online accounts that provide banking facilities for personal and business use.
Are you able to introduce me to the local Mukhtar?
Yes we can. We can arrange for you to meet with your local Mukhtar and discuss any requirements you may have for their services.
Can you assist me in finding mobility equipment?
Yes we can introduce you to a number of mobility service providers here in Cyprus.
Can you help me establish a Cyprus will?
Yes we can. We partner with a number of Will Writers who can ensure that you have a legally compliant Last Will and Testament that is applicable for Cyprus legal requirements.
Our Service Charges and Cost Estimation
The services that we provide are based upon the following:
- Relocation Management
- Services Provided by Approved Partners (e.g. Legal etc)
The cost of our services depends on each client’s specific needs, so our estimates are tailored accordingly.
As a guide, we typically charge between €2,000 and €3,000 for the full Relocation Management service. This covers the assignment of a dedicated Relocation Manager and the relocation management services needed to manage your move to Cyprus (e.g. based upon the list above). This applies from the point where you confirm your intentions and sign-up with our service.Â
We invoice this fee in three stages:
- On engagement
- At the point where the removals and shipping has been agreed
- At the end once your residency documentation has been completed
Other Fees
Other fees will apply, these will depend upon what exactly our client needs e.g.
- Legal fees associated with establishing residency
- Legal fees to set-up a business in Cyprus
- Legal fees to support your GESY application (Cyprus Health Service)
- Removal and shipping fees (to move all of your required belongings from your country of origin to Cyprus)
- Customs fees (depends upon the nature of what is being shipped)
- Any other professional fees that may apply based upon your specific needs
For example, we would suggest you budget a minimum of €13,000 for the above. We will strive to get the best deal for you as we do have discounts through our partnering arrangements. Also, if you operate a business, we can provide you will a single invoice for the relocation services and other fees.
